Welcome to Empire Jewelry & Loan. By using our website or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Empire Jewelry & Loan sells jewelry, watches, luxury goods, and related items. Many of our items are pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear, age, or prior ownership. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph items accurately, but product colors, size appearance, shine, stones, condition, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the nature of pre-owned merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchasing, including item condition, size, metal type, stone details, measurements, and any included accessories, boxes, paperwork, or documentation. Customers are also responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Online Orders and United States Shipping

Empire Jewelry & Loan currently accepts and ships online orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may be declined, canceled, or unable to be processed through our online store.

Because many items are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, placing an order does not guarantee that the item is available or that the order has been accepted. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Empire Jewelry & Loan.

Payments

Online orders must be paid through the payment methods made available at checkout. These may include Shopify-supported payment options such as Shop Pay, Shopify Payments, major credit or debit cards, and other checkout options we choose to enable.

Payment methods shown at checkout may vary depending on Shopify, payment processor availability, customer eligibility, device settings, fraud prevention review, and our store settings.

Other payment methods outside of the website checkout may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to decline, reject, or cancel any order if a requested or selected payment method cannot be verified, is unavailable, appears suspicious, does not meet our requirements, or is otherwise not approved by us.

Order Review, Refusal, and Cancellation

All prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without notice. Empire Jewelry & Loan reserves the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

Payment verification issues.

Incorrect billing, shipping, or contact information.

Inventory errors or unavailable items.

Pricing, description, photography, or listing errors.

Shipping restrictions.

Unusual or suspicious order activity.

Requests for payment methods not approved by us.

Orders we deem unsafe, suspicious, high-risk, or unable to be safely fulfilled.

Any order we are unable to fulfill for any reason.

Any other reason permitted by law.

If an order is canceled before payment is captured, you will not be charged. If payment has already been captured and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to Shopify, payment processor, bank, or card issuer processing times.

A temporary authorization or pending charge may still appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not control how long banks or card issuers take to release pending authorizations or process refunds.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, photos, availability, descriptions, and specifications accurate. However, errors may occur.

Empire Jewelry & Loan reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, cancel orders, or refuse orders affected by inaccurate pricing, unavailable inventory, incorrect descriptions, listing mistakes, or other errors.

In-Person Services

Some products and services, including pawn loans, collateral loans, selling items, jewelry repair, sizing, layaway, consignment, bullion transactions, watch services, and other in-person services, are offered only at our physical store location.

Online listings and website content do not guarantee approval for any loan, purchase, repair, layaway, consignment, or in-person service. All in-person services are subject to store review, applicable law, item eligibility, verification, and management approval.

Age Requirement

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to These Terms

Empire Jewelry & Loan reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
