Shipping Policy

Empire Jewelry & Loan currently ships online orders within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other carrier-related delays.

We currently ship using USPS and FedEx. Shipping rates and available shipping options may vary based on the item, value, destination, and carrier availability.

Empire Jewelry & Loan does not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated or provided at checkout when available.

For security purposes, all items valued over $500 require signature confirmation upon delivery. Shipments are insured when applicable. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Empire Jewelry & Loan is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We may ship to P.O. boxes when eligible; however, certain high-value items may require a physical address due to carrier, insurance, or signature requirements.

Local pickup is available at our Moreno Valley store when selected or arranged in advance. We do not currently offer local delivery.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at empirejewelry1@yahoo.com or 951-242-3215 so we can assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
