Return and Refund Policy
Empire Jewelry & Loan accepts eligible online returns within 4 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was sent, including being unworn, unused, unaltered, and with any original packaging, tags, paperwork, certificates, boxes, or accessories that were included with the order.
Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Empire Jewelry & Loan is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Approved returns may be eligible for store credit at Empire Jewelry & Loan’s discretion. Store credit is not guaranteed and may require a qualifying purchase amount. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Altered, resized, repaired, modified, or adjusted pieces
For in-store purchases, returns are not accepted. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at Empire Jewelry & Loan’s discretion depending on the item and condition.
Empire Jewelry & Loan reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing parts, missing documentation, or is not in the same condition as originally sold.
